Directions
Microwaveable ready in 7 minutes! ((Appliances vary: Heating times are approximate. For food safety and best quality, cook items at a minimum of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C)). For food safety, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to internal temperature 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Microwave ovens vary in power; adjust cooking times as necessary. These cooking instructions are guidelines only. Microwave (1200 Watts): 1. Place the unopened bag this side up in the microwave. Do not pierce bag. 2. Microwave on high for 5 to 6 minutes (Appliances vary: Heating times are approximate. For food safety and best quality, cook items at a minimum of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). During heating, the bag will slowly inflate. Steam will be released from the bag through a special vent. A whistling sound may be heard. Stir halfway through cooking. 3. Caution: Bag is hot. carefully remove the bag the microwave, avoiding steam. stir well and let stand for 1 minute. 4. put into a serving dish and season to taste. Stove Top: 1. Drop the frozen vegetables into a pot of boiling water. 2. Cook for approximately 4 to 5 minutes (Appliances vary: Heating times are approximate. For food safety and best quality, cook items at a minimum of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C)) or until you reach the desired texture and temperature. 3. Drain, season to taste and serve. Cook thorougly. Caution: Product will be hot.
