Directions
Skillet: Choose How Spicy - Use 1/4 spice pack for mild/medium. Use 1/2 spice pack for medium/hot. Use full spice pack for extra hot. What You Need: 1.5 lbs. of ground beef, beef broth and olive oil. 1. Put 1 tbsp. olive oil in pan then add ground beef. 2. Add Spice Pack to beef as desired - 1/4 pack for mild/medium chili, 1/2 pack for medium/hot and full pack for extra hot. 3. Cook ground beef in skillet until browned (Stubb's recommends following safe minimum cooking temperatures). Add cooking sauce and 1-1/2 cups of beef broth. 4. Let simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with your favorite extras (see below for ideas). Slow Cooker: Choose How Spicy - Use 1/4 spice pack for mild/medium. Use 1/2 spice pack for medium/hot. Use full spice pack for extra hot. What You Need: 1.5 lbs. of ground beef and beef broth. 1. Place ground beef in slow cooker and pour in cooking sauce. 2. Add 1-1/2 cups beef broth. 3. Add Spice Pack to beef as desired - 1/4 pack for mild/medium chili, 1/2 pack for medium/hot and full pack for extra hot. 4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours. Serve with your favorite extras (see below for ideas). More Ways to Enjoy: Use ground turkey or beef tips instead of ground beef. Try beer or wine instead of beef broth. Add in extras like beans, onions, peppers, cheese, sour cream or hot sauce. Pull string to open. If that doesn't work, use scissors.
