Directions
5 Min prep. (1) Dip add egg. (2) Coat add pork. (3) Bake. Included: 1 Packet seasoned bread crumbs. 2 Trays interlocking for less mess! You will need: 4-6 Small chicken pieces bone-in or boneless pork chops. 1 Egg. 1 Tbsp water. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Whisk 1 egg and 1tbsp. Of water in the first tray and pour breading mix into the second tray. (1) Dip: Dip pork in the liquid from the first tray. (2) Coat: Coat pork with the breading mix. (3) Bake: Bake pork until centers reach 145 degrees F (20-25 min). If cooking chicken, bake until centers reach 165 degrees F or for 25-30 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours of preparation. Trays are recyclable.
