Directions You Will Need: 1 lb lean ground beef; 1-1/3 cups hot water; 2 cups milk. 1. Brown: Brown beef in 10-or 12-inch skillet. Remove from heat; drain. 2. Stir: Stir in sauce mix and hot water until dissolved. Stir in milk and pasta. Return to heat; heat to boiling. 3. Simmer: Reduce heat.
